Un lugar muy acogedor, viajamos una familia de 5 y nos acomodamos bien, es ideal para trasladarse a New York ya que existen varias paradas de autobús a menos de 3 cuadras, lugar limpio y ordenado.
Llegamos tarde en la noche pero no tuvimos problemas para ingresar con la llegada autónoma. Si buscas algún lugar no tan caro para hospedarse cerca de New York ésta zona es excelente.

What a perfect place for our trip into the city to see a Broadway show! 10 minutes via Uber to get into the city, free parking spot, easy access, the home was super clean, spacious, huge TV ,fresh towels, all the amenities you’d need and very comfortable bedding, Chris answered every question I had, will definitely be coming back highly recommend!

Great place to stay in NJ very close to New York City,very accessible by Bus,also a very quite ,safe and peaceful Neighbourhood,parking , Laundromat and buses were real easy,Very very helpful host,will resolve almost anything within an hour.Will definitely stay there the next round I come to NYC.Tqvm Christ

I stayed at Chris’s place for a few days in early December. My absolute favorite thing about this stay was the location. In just about 20 minutes, you can be in Manhattan, which was perfect since most of my trip was centered there. It’s also only around 15 minutes from the American Dream Mall. I’d never been before because every time I stayed in New York it was too far, but Chris’s place is perfectly situated between the city and the mall which is such a big plus when traveling with a toddler.
Chris was also incredibly responsive and helpful. He even let me drop off my bags hours before check-in at no extra charge, which I really appreciated.
Location: 10/10 especially if you want to be close to Manhattan on a budget
I’m so happy I discovered this gem, so will definitely be staying again when I wanna visit NYC rather then staying in overpriced hotels in the city.

Chris’ place was exactly what we needed on our recent trip. Conveniently located, a private parking space, and easy to find. Chris was friendly and responsive throughout the duration of the stay, and was proactive in all his communications. We really appreciate it!

This was an excellent location for our trip th New York City. It was easy access to Manhattan where we did all our activities. Chris also provided a list of local recommendations. Check in was easy, the parking spot was a bonus, and the home was perfect for us in housing five people and cooking meals.
