The Hideout - is a residential community nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Containing state-of-the-art facilities, and over 250 acres of pristine woodlands for preservation in its natural state for all. Upon booking, we will send you a tenant form to register you and your guests with the Homeowners Association (HOA). This form must be returned at least 2 days prior to your check-in date. A $100 late fee will be charged by the HOA if the form is submitted less than 2 days before arrival. ✔ Amenity Fees: Please note that the community charges guest fees for the use of certain amenities (like the fitness center or sports complex) and for equipment rentals. These fees are paid directly to the community administration. ✔ Check-in: All guests must present a valid ID at the security gate upon first entry.
